Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen in life are beyond our control but we ask

that you understand, this is business. Once a course has been given

a final count, which is usually done by the closing date, we are responsible to pay for that number.

We have tried to make our cancellation policy as fair to all as possible. Kindly understand when we adhere to the following policies:

• Cancellations made prior to closing date of tournament-check will be destroyed.

• Cancellations filled from a waiting list will be issued a credit.

• Substitutions are allowed within 48 hours notice. OSWGA is not

   responsible for refund: must be handled through parties involved.

• Substitute must have an active GHIN # or play at scratch.

• Rescheduled Event: Information will be posted on the website.
